    And very disappointed in the staff member (Mark) that was very rude while my 4 year old son was there! And he refused to sell me the the quality of wood that i wanted!

    Had enjoyed my experience with Upton's until I tried to return lumber cut from 4.8 to 2.4 for me. Was told could not be exchanged or returned, but never told that when the timber was purchased. Customer communication is so important. My money from now on will be spent elsewhere.
